Other Important Information:

Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian (not a brother, sister, or cousin) attend with them. At the end of the 4 weeks, you will receive a certificate of completion that will need to be shown to the school or court if referred through them. Adolescent/Family must complete all 4 sessions and cannot repeat the same session twice. If you need to miss a session, please call ahead of time to coordinate. Any missed session will either be made up when that session comes back around (all are repeated every 4 weeks) or you must contact adolescent therapist to schedule individually.
