"My goal is to provide a space where people feel safe enough to heal, empowered enough to grow, and supported enough to become the version of themselves they want to be.”
About Me & My Approach

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than a decade of experience supporting teenagers and young adults through substance use, mental health, and life transition challenges. Since 2023, I have worked as a therapist dedicated to helping clients heal, build resilience, and discover the healthiest and most authentic versions of themselves.

I primarily work with teens, adults, and their families. I utilize a person-centered, holistic approach that focuses on identifying and strengthening each client’s existing abilities, resilience, and potential for growth. Trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), I especially enjoy helping clients recognize and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and beliefs that may be limiting their progress or sense of self-worth.

I believe in meeting clients exactly where they are and walking alongside them throughout their healing journey with compassion, authenticity, and encouragement. My therapeutic style fosters a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to process difficult experiences, build confidence, and create meaningful change.

My passion for counseling is deeply connected to my own personal experiences with trauma and recovery. I became a therapist to create the kind of safe, hopeful, and supportive space that helped me build resilience in my own healing journey. This perspective allows me to connect with clients through empathy, understanding, and genuine compassion.

Outside of my clinical work, I value personal growth, authenticity, and creating meaningful connections with those around me.
